He leads the firm’s Criminal Litigation Practice, with a proven record of success in managing complex and high-stakes cases across industries. His expertise covers commercial fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, and criminal matters in the banking and IT sectors, as well as disputes involving collections, state administration, employment, and industrial relations.

Over the years, Daniel has been trusted to handle numerous landmark criminal and civil litigation cases, earning a reputation for his sharp analytical skills, strategic advocacy, and commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients. His leadership ensures that VIDA LAW delivers precise, effective, and reliable representation in critical legal matters.

In addition to his litigation work, Daniel actively contributes to the Indonesian legal profession. He is a licensed Advocate and a member of PERADI, where he serves as Managing Member of the Department of Advocate Oath and Internship.
