Vincent is a Partner at VIDA LAW, leading the Real Estate Practice Group with extensive experience in Indonesia’s property and real estate sector. Before joining the firm, he held key positions as an in-house legal manager at several prominent developers, including Modernland Realty, Ciputra Group, and Triputra Group, where he built a strong foundation in managing complex real estate transactions and regulatory matters.

His expertise covers the full spectrum of property and land law, with a focus on assisting clients in obtaining permits and licenses, structuring and managing build-operate-transfer (BOT) projects, and handling acquisitions of shares and assets in major property developments. Vincent’s ability to combine legal precision with a commercial perspective has made him a trusted advisor for developers, investors, and corporations navigating the dynamic real estate market.

Vincent earned his law degree (S.H.) from Atma Jaya Catholic University in 2006 and is a registered Advocate with the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). His combination of academic background, in-house experience, and sector expertise enables him to deliver practical and results-driven solutions for VIDA LAW’s clients in the property and real estate industry.
